Stefan grew up and currently lives in Blue Hill. He’s a volunteer firefighter and a former paramedic. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, and an Associate of Applied Science from Mid-Plains Community College.

Before real estate, Stefan had a fulfilling career in emergency medical services working as a paramedic both in New Hampshire and locally on the Blue Hill Peninsula.

In 2014, Stefan and his wife Rebecca moved back to the area and purchased a foreclosed fixer-upper from Fannie Mae. It was this atypical home buying experience that led him to seek a career in real estate. Although still passionate about emergency services, Stefan now works full time as a professional real estate broker. Before founding First Light Realty, Stefan worked as a sales agent, associate broker, and broker at the Christopher Group in Blue Hill.

In his free time, he enjoys vegetable gardening, hiking with his dog Clio, and camping. Stefan brings a methodical approach to real estate and is particularly interested in eco-friendly building practices.
